The postmark on the card is dated 14 Nov. 1908. The message appears to have been sent from Ballarat by Albert Bishop to his family in Caulfield; reads "Am putting in tomorrow with Mr Cutter. He insisted on my stopping at his place. Reckon in getting home without fail, Monday evening's train. Weather perfect." Inscription: Ink inscription, postmark and postage stamp on verso.
