Folder titles are as follows: 'Agendas'; 'Annual Subscriptions' (2008-2010); 'Card Data'; 'Correspondence'; 'Ladies' Dinner' (2006-2010); 'Minutes'; 'Rules'; 'Walk data'; 'Annual Dinner and Annual General Meeting' (2007-2010); 'Archives'; 'Christmas dinner (2007-2010); 'Discussion Group'; 'Membership' (files include Register of Members, also Wallaby Profiles); 'Newsletters' (c.2009-2011); 'Uncup weekend' (2007-2009); 'Walls [Wallabies] of Yore' (2007-2008).
The folders of digital records listed above, along with 23 unfoldered files, are located on a compact disc entitled 'Wallaby Club Docs [Documents] etc to 2010 - RLG Kirsner (secretary's files)'. File formats include documents as well as spreadsheets and images. Some of the data on this compact disc is corrupted.
- Twenty-one folders of digital records on various subjects pertaining to the activities of the Club, including membership. - Twelve reports and other administrative documents in relation to the Club's activities in the years 2009/2010. File formats consist of ten documents and two spreadsheets. Digital records are located on a compact disc entitled 'AGM [Annual General Meeting] and Dinner Files 2009'.
- Five folders of digital records on various aspects of Club life. Folder titles are as follows: 'Minutes'; 'Newsletters'; 'Uncup Weekend'; 'Walk data'; 'Walls of Yore'. These folders, along with 21 unfoldered files, constitute duplicates of digital records located on the disc listed above, entitled 'Wallaby Club Docs [Documents] etc to 2010 - RLG Kirsner (secretary's files)'. Digital records are is located on a compact disc entitled "Wallaby Files 0710".
