The family moved to Melbourne in the late 1880s, where one son became the proprietor of the trade journal 'The Australasian Coachbuilder and Saddler'. The collection consists of family photographs and photographs used to illustrate 'The Australasian Coachbuilder and Saddler'. This photograph shows a two-door bus parked outside a brick building. Written on the side of the bus is "Oxford St., Anzac Pde., Allison Rd., Bream St." Written on the front of the bus is "Coogee Beach - Railway". Near the base of the front door is a tiny, partly decipherable inscription which includes the name "S.Wright".
Inscription: On the verso written in pencil is "5" across?" (possibly in reference to the photograph being prepared for publication).
