A railway station is visible in the foreground and houses and trees on the slope in the background. The postcard is dated 3rd December 1911 and appears to have been sent by Albert Bishop. Comments include: "This is Warburton, the houses in the very far distance are the Seventh Day Adventist settlement and the River Yarra runs in the valley in the centre of the picture. I had a good day yesterday. Climbed to the top of Donna Buang, the mountain you will remember such a fuss was made about in the Australasian the other day. Haven't seen many people to go about with and am knocking about by myself." Inscription: Ink inscription, postage stamp and postmark on verso.
