The family moved to Melbourne in the late 1880s, where one son became the proprietor of the trade journal 'The Australasian Coachbuilder and Saddler'. The collection consists of family photographs and photographs used to illustrate 'The Australasian Coachbuilder and Saddler'. This photo belongs to a group of approx. 44 (?) photos of unidentified models of motor cars and buses, kept together in one envelope, comprising of various sizes, photographers, dates, etc. This photo shows the side view of a car with two-tone paintwork. Magnifying the photo reveals the name 'Rolls Royce' on the hubcabs. There is also a small logo on the side of the car between the driver and passenger doors, possibly the letters 'RAR'.
Inscription: Embossed on the bottom right hand corner of the image is 'C. J. Frazer Photo Melbourne'.
