This was used as a Christmas/New Year card, and the golden "Greetings" phrase has been pasted onto the surface of the photo. The card was written on 1 January 1910. The sender's message on the back of the card refers to this pair of postcards includes the comments: "These P.C. are taken from Boxing Day. The sailors came up from Melbourne. They were here for a week." Inscription: Ink inscription on verso.
