Contains blank copies of questionnaire forms for Saulwick Polls. Each questionnaire form includes date of the poll as a subheading. The forms are representative of questionnaires filled in by interviewers during face to face polling. Two copies of the form are present for most polls conducted. Some forms have been annotated by hand (for example, both copies of the questionnaire for survey date Friday 14th April 1989 are inscribed: "Never published"), and draft material relating to a small number of the questionnaires is present.
