Part six contains the first of two sections of a data report generated under the header 'Beacon Opinion Poll (Saulwick-Weller) - December 6/7th -1975 - Processing by Computab'. The top sheet is inscribed 'December 1975'. Another copy of this data report is held in SAUL00487 and SAUL00488.
SAUL00519 consists of data tables 1 - 16 relating to an Age Poll surveying public opinion in the lead up to the 1975 Federal election, precipitated by the dismissal of the Labor government by the Governor General, Sir John Kerr. Contains tables for:
- most important election issue in deciding vote (pensions & social services; strikes and union power; refusal of Senate to pass supply; inflation; inefficiency in government; unemployment; dismissal of Whitlam government; foreign policy and defence)
