Spiral bound report, based on telephone interviews conducted between 7 -13 December 1999 with a random sample of 600 Victorians aged between 16 and 24 years. Interviews were distributed throughout Victoria in proportion to area population. Questionnaire and survey data tables are included as appendices to the report.
A public version of the report (A5 booklet of the same title), issued by the Melbourne Water Corporation and the Australian Conservation Foundation, is enclosed loose in the volume.
