Unpublished spiral bound report, based on interviews with 400 randomly selected St. Kilda residents, aged eighteen and over. Participants were interviewed in their homes between 30 October and 1 November 1993.

- 'St. Kilda Today - official journal of the St. Kilda City Council' November 1993 edition, featuring an article on Irving Saulwick and the results of the resident survey
- 'St Kilda a 'tough nut' to crack' (City of St. Kilda media release dated 30 Novemeber 1993), attached to a photocopied opinion article from The Age newspaper by then-mayor of St. Kilda, Tim Costello, also dated 30 November 1993.
- photocopy of St. Kilda Land Use Plan, showing nine neighbourhood precincts (these precints are used for area-based analysis in the study).
