Unbound photocopy of an unpublished report, based on telephone interviews with a random sample of 250 Victorian parents with at least one child attending primary or secondary school and 250 Victorians aged eighteen and over who do not have a child attending primary or secondary school. Interviews were conducted between 2 - 10 June 2000. Survey questions are included as an appendix to the report.
