Unpublished spiral bound report, based a self-completion questionnaire sent to principals and assistant principals at schools throughout metropolitan and regional Victoria. Schools were selected for survey in order to provide coverage across the primary, secondary and special school sectors. 743 responses were recieved from a possible 1217 returns, representing a completion rate of 56.6% for the survey.
Some pencil annotations and a number of inscribed post-it notes are interspersed throughout the report.
