[BSM (UMA) Job 168] Design and construction of Mutual Store emporium

The original building for the Mutual Store emporium was located on the corner of Flinders and Degraves streets.but was destroyed by fire in 1891. Architects Reed, Smart & Tappin designed a new building in the Mannerist style on the same site.
