Resolution of Faculty regarding final honours examination in Law, with which the examiners have disagreed concurred
Report from Special Committee of the Senate considering proposal alterations in the course for the degree of Bachelor of Laws (Professor Jenks invited before Senate to give evidence)
Professor Jenks, Dean of Law, expresses his view on the proposed LL.B. course, to be read before Senate meeting 6.5.1890
Professor Jenks states that if proposed amendments in Statute Chapter IV and Regulations Chapter VI are accepted, it will be necessary to appoint a Lecturer in Constitutional and Legal History (Letter pasted to folio 2)
Professor Jenks reports to the Chancellor that he intends to lecture in Ancient Law
Acting Registrar requested by Dean to convene a meeting of the Law Faculty for 31.7.1890
Dean again express his views regarding the draft Statute for the degree of Bachelor of Laws. (Letter in 2 sections, pasted to folio 2)
Jenks notes Council's amendments to the statute for the degree of Bachelor of Laws and satates says he will not lecture in certain subjects (Letter pasted to folio 2)
Professorial Board's resolution that the Council be requested to propose the following alterations in Regulations Chapter 11, Section 6, for the words "Constitutional and Legal History" substitute the words "Constitutional Law"
The Governor directs a copy of correspondence addressed to himself from Professor Jenks asking the Governor not to allow an ammendment passed to Council Professor and Dean of the Law School to the Chancellor.
The Governor directs further correpondence from Professor Jenks stating his objections to the proposed alteration to the course of LL.B. to the chancellor. (Docket annotated printed and circulated to be considered by Council December 1890)

Professor Jenks to Acting Registrar re the Roman Law paper for two annual examinations 1890. Includes resolution from a special meeting of Council (Letter pasted to folio 58)
Dr.McInerney to Acting Registrar in answer to Council, state he is quite willing to meet with Professor Jenks
Professor Jenks refuses to set other examination papers as required by Council and state that once set, examination papers should not be passed through the Registrar's Office
Registrar to Council requesting a resolution to prevent a previous resolution being misconstrued as a slur on his office.
