In 1994 Massey Ferguson’s worldwide holdings were purchased by U.S. based AGCO Corporation resulting in AGCO Australia. On the ground what had been Australia’s largest operating plant (1905) ceased operating (1989).It was consequently sold, and in 2003 AGCO Australia relocated its corporate and spare parts business to premises in Sunshine West.The company is now an importer and distributor of agricultural machines.
