Agent TypeOrganisationHistoryEstablished in 1931, the B.I.C. acted as a coordinating research, information and consultative body for the Victorian Building industry. Greg Rosman, a director of Howden and Wardrop was President of the B.I.C. for five years before it wound up in 1966.
