Charles John Cerutty (b. Sale, Vic. 25.11.1870) was a shareholder, Director (and sometime Chairman). He was Commonwealth Auditor-General, and possibly met King O'Malley (and Griffin) when Director of the Note Issue Department of the Commonwealth Bank in 1920. The Company continued until 1955.
