Ltd. of Melbourne, established 1867); Felton, Grimwade & Bickford Ltd., Perth; Taylors, Elliotts & Australian Drug Pty. Ltd. It took 21 years for complete amalgamation of 7 companies, including these, and J. Bosisto & Co. Pty. Ltd., under the D.H.A. Ltd. label. D.H.A. Ltd. continued to expand as a pharmaceutical maker and distributor until the late 1960s, and was taken over by Slater, Walker Security Ltd. in late 1968. D.H.A. Ltd. was ASX delisted from 7 May 1969. It operated as a Slater Walker Australia (SWA) subsidiary, DHA Pharmaceuticals Pty. Ltd. until 1974, when SWA phased out its wholesaling activities.
