The company manufactured and sold (as an agency) food processing machinery, particularly for flour mills. After Mr Schumacher retired (he died in 1958), Knox Schlapp acquired the premises and subsequently sold the business to the Nigro family who changed the company name to Graham Engineering Co. Pty. Ltd. Mr and Mrs E.C. Spry bought it in 1965. The business was liquidated in 1978.
