Description
Agent TypeOrganisationActivities & OccupationsHistoriansHistoryIn November 1981, a working party was formed to establish the History Institute of Victoria. Amongst the Institute's stated aims were providing a meeting place for historians, being an organizational centre for postgraduate and other seminars and discussions, and acting as an instrument for increasing public interest and understanding of history.
