The report was divided into the following areas: the changing agricultural and educational environment; outline of the Department's formal and informal agencies of agricultural education; implementation of the concept of life-long education; the need for educational opportunities for farmers and service workers; guidelines for meeting these educational needs; objective of the Department's agricultural education program.
