One edge side of each sheet of card is covered in green cloth indicating pages previously formed a whole photograph album, the green cloth forming the spine. Page numbers are handwritten in red pencil, presumably by Clements Langford.
The album has been physically reconstructed by an archivist, using the page number sequence, and subsequently registered in the collection management systems as an item. Two unmounted loose photographs housed have been added to end of album. Individual photographs are registered as sub-items.
