The Secretarial copies were often typed on the back of pamphlets due to paper shortages and are fragile. Secretarial files were arranged in chronological order when found and this order has been kept. Some letters from these files had been selected and placed in the series Musicians, Writers and Authors Letters (2016.0034) by Mary Criswick.
