Each bundle contains prints of a particular policy form. As each form was reprinted a specimen copy was placed on the file. There are also 3 separate bundles for New Zealand, South Africa and United Kingdom Branch forms and a further 4 bundles of spare copies of specimen forms, there may be several files containing reprints. There are also 3 working files on proposed amendments to policies and annexures.
