The positions occupied are Senior Lecturer (or equivalent research positions) and higher in the matter of academic staff and either Vice-Chancellor, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, University Librarian, Registrar and Academic Registrar in the matter of General Staff. Lower-position files have been retained in the event of special dismissals or where staff have been involved in court/tribunal cases. These files were created and maintained by Human Resources. Typically, they contain information regarding recruitment, superannuation, promotion, leave, workcover or workers' compensation claims, loans and legal claims.
