Personal data includes course, names, attendance status and age classification. There are also references to place of permanent residence whether metropolitan, country or interstate, as well as place of term residence whether college, lodgings or home. Totals appear at the foot of each page. Day, evening, external and overseas students are noted, as well as students from the armed forces. Research students are also listed, but their areas of study are not. By 1945 this system had changed, as only the student's name, course, course year and attendance status are listed; there are no totals.
