This series complements series 2015.0028 (Minutes and Meeting Papers of the National Council). For the pre- World War Two period there is some duplication between the two series, and some Finance Committee minutes which are missing from this series may be found in 2015.0028.
Researchers should note that under the Geneva Conventions Act 1957 protections govern the use of the Red Cross emblem.
