Charles Howlett traveled around Europe, spending the most time in Germany. During his visit he captured a Nazi Party Rally in Nurnberg (September 1937) in which Adolf Hitler drove thorugh the city in a motorcade. There are photographs of S.S and S.A demonstrations, Wehrmacht (Army) display, and the crowds of people at the rally.
Later photographs show Italian Fascist leader Benito Mussolini's state visit to Munich in September 1937 to meet with Hitler.
