It was established as an unstructured coffee shop/drop-in centre with a strong emphasis on outdoor activities. Its main objectives were (a) to provide opportunities for the development of personal and social skills by young people and where needed, their families; (b) to provide services as required; (c) to involve the local community in the development and planning and conduct of services.
