Includes the original Memorandum of Agreement between SCEL and the BSIP licensing the company to the use of the whole of the island of Vanikoro, 22 January 1924. A subsequent Memorandum of Agreement, Deed of Assignment and Deed of Indemnity, signed 30 May 1940, transfers the SCEL license to the Vanikoro Kauri Timber Co., and later Memoranda dated 1958, 1959 and 1960 extend this agreement.
