Some correspondence and minutes were reported as missing (presumed stolen or lost) in 1976 and 1977. Some correspondence regarding the Chifley Memorial Lecture and the Lecture booklets published by the Club has been destroyed as the Lectures and orders have been finished with. M.U.A.L.P. in the five years to 1980 has published approximately seven campaign stickers, but unfortunately samples, have not been retained. Print runs for the badges, stickers and lecture booklets and magazines have, of course varied, but have usually eneded up numbering around 2,000. The "run" of Labyrinth, the Club Newsletter; is as complete as possible. Material has been sorted according to the, year applicable. M.U.A.L.P. has often been found to work more effectively for one year without the effectiveness (and therefore record-keeping?) being carried on to the next. The collection is a combination of the records kept by John Killip (Treasurer 1973-1976), Ralph McLean (Secretary 1976-1977) and the records which have been retained by the Club itself.Archival HistoryListed by Ralph McLean 7 July 1980.
