This file contains computer print-out listings of Victorian-issued policies still in force at 30 June 1964 at Victoria and other branches. On the inside cover is (a) a copy a Head Office letter of 22nd October 1964 to branches (excepting Vic Branch) and (b) copy "Memorandum for Branches- Compiled December 1962" regarding Copies of Policies. Also, the first page of the file sets out the steps to be taken by Victoria Branch staff (written in pencil). These pieces of correspondence outline procedures to be followed in the filing of "Copies of Policies". Prior to 1964 Copies of Policies in Head Office and later Victoria branch were bound in volumes.
